DTS introduces new IT Service Desk hours

October 20, 2025

Starting Wednesday, Oct. 29, IT Service Desk standard operating hours will be Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Service Desk will provide on-call support for major IT incidents and emergencies that could significantly impact university-wide services or operations outside standard hours, including weekends and university holidays.

IT maintenance will affect access to select web applications

October 9, 2025

Students, faculty, and staff will not have access to some web-based applications from 6-11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 18, during a planned IT maintenance window. Many commonly used services including Canvas and Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Outlook email, etc.) will be available throughout the maintenance window.

Catalyst maintenance set for October

September 15, 2025

Catalyst, the university’s student information system, will be unavailable from 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 10, until 6 a.m., Monday, Oct. 13, during a planned IT maintenance window that coincides with the university’s Fall Reading Days schedule.
