Join UCAAMP for lunch along with Thane Maynard and his animal friends from the Cincinnati Zoo
Join UCAAMP from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, March 18, for lunch, networking, and an update from the zoo along with animal appearances.
Thane Maynard, director of the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens, will discuss updates and what is happening around the zoo. Guests will also have the opportunity to pet and interact with a penguin and Lucy the bearcat. Dress like a penguin by wearing white and black or show your Bearcat spirit with your best UC gear.

This month she was honored with a Crane Excellence in Early Childhood Award from The Ohio State University. Bates is also the recipient of the 2025 Distinguished Nurse Researcher Award from Mount St. Joseph University.
