Undergraduate researchers present work at annual Showcase

The entire University of Cincinnati community is invited to attend the annual Undergraduate Scholarly Showcase on Monday, April 22, in Tangeman University Center.

More than 650 students representing nine colleges will present scholarly work on a range of topics. Come support these students as they share the progress they have made.

In the morning and afternoon, students will display posters of their work on topics in the following categories:

  • Sustainability & Ecological Diversity
  • Social Justice & Well-Being
  • Health & Body
  • Teaching & Learning
  • New Frontiers

At midday, students will present three-minute Capstone Competition and 10-minute podium presentations. These spoken presentations with accompanying slides will cover a wide range of subjects including:

  • Anthropology
  • Language Studies
  • Engineering
  • Health Sciences
  • International Affairs

Come for an hour or spend the day!

From political science to insurance underwriting

University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children’s awarded $37.2 million grant renewal

The Center for Clinical & Translational Science & Training (CCTST), a partnership between the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and Cincinnati Children’s, has received a seven-year, $37.2 million Clinical and Translational Science Award from the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) at the National Institutes of Health.
