16 win 2019 All-University Faculty Awards
Among 6,000 faculty members, UC honored 16 to receive the university's top faculty awards in teaching, research, scholarship, creativity, entrepreneurship, faculty-student relations and career achievement at its 2019 All-University Faculty Awards Celebration.
The annual event took on a special tone this year as UC celebrates its Bicentennial. A poem by Rieveschl Award winner Maria Paz Moreno focused on the Ohio River while College-Conservatory of Music undergraduate Joseph Parrish from Baltimore performed a song published as sheet music in 1819, accompanied by Michael Delfin, doctoral student in piano from Fresno, California.
For more information on all of the recipients and their awards, see the profiles and photos.
Also honored were 13 inductees of the Fellows of the Graduate School and four inductees of the Academy of Fellows for Teaching & Learning. Those names also appear on the link above.
