UC's annual DAAP Fashion Show took on a different type of runway at this month's annual style showcase.

Senior design students from the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning sent their collections down a catwalk inside Waypoint Aviation's 30,000-square-foot airplane hangar. More than 250 garments from 53 students debuted at the show, located at Lunken Airport.

The show also featured work from UC’s College-Conservatory of Music. Lighting, technical direction and stage management work were provided by CCM’s Department of Theatre Design and Production.

Among the attendees were representatives from industry leaders including Macy’s, Victoria’s Secret, Gap, Abercrombie & Fitch, Cintas, DKNY, Calvin Klein and Procter & Gamble — many of whom use the show as recruitment opportunity for new talent.
