Campus Recreation introduces online fitness program
Workout with Campus Recreation from home
Stay healthy and active- exactly where you are. Campus Recreation is now offering fitness classes online. This program is designed with easy-to-do exercises that can be done with little or no equipment from the comfort of your own home.
For more details and a sample workout schedule, check out the Online Fitness Program web page. You can also access the information from the Campus Rec homepage.
To keep each workout new and fresh, additional group fitness videos will be added every week.
Additionally, Campus Rec has a Personal Trainer (PT) workout program and an ON-Demand group fitness program that enable workouts separately or in tandem to help Bearcats keep moving while at home.

This month she was honored with a Crane Excellence in Early Childhood Award from The Ohio State University. Bates is also the recipient of the 2025 Distinguished Nurse Researcher Award from Mount St. Joseph University.
