August 4 ServiceNow upgrade to enhance UC DTS Service Portal
University of Cincinnati Digital Technology Solutions will release key updates to the UC DTS Service Portal aimed at improving the experience for students, faculty, and staff. Updates to the portal, powered by ServiceNow, will go live Monday, Aug. 4, before the start of the fall semester.
The release includes improvements to the look and feel of the UC DTS Service Portal homepage (uc.edu/ithelp) and email notifications sent from the IT Service Desk at ituc@service-now.com as well as a new feedback function.
“The UC DTS Service Portal is our front door, and we’re working hard to roll out the welcome mat for the start of fall semester,” said UC Vice President & Chief Digital Officer Bharath Prabhakaran. “These updates are designed to streamline access to IT services, reduce confusion, and deliver the university community a more intuitive digital experience.”
